Money Advice Pack
Help us to help you
Often the most difficult step in taking care of your debts is reaching out for help. Our money and debt advice services are free, confidential and impartial. Prior to arranging your first Money Advice appointment we need some information from you to assess your needs and the possible ways we can arrange help for you.
Once we have received your information and documentation, one of our advisors will contact you to discuss your options and arrange an appointment. Please note, we can only arrange an appointment when we have all of this information.
Before you start
Information you need
- Details of your Income - the money you have coming in to your household including earnings from work, pensions and any benefits you receive.
- Details of your debt - the names of the companies you owe money to, account reference numbers and amount outstanding.
- Copies of your latest bank statements and creditor letters if available - you can take photos of these on your mobile phone or tablet to upload to the debt pack.
What happens next
Once we have received your information and identified a debt solution you will have to sign a form of authority and consent. We will send you this digitally to sign. This allows us to act on your behalf with the people you owe money to.
